Missing documents: 4–12 hours idle at the border

Before departure: all documents must be ✅. If not, the trip status reads “pending” + alarm.
Three-tier renewal alerts
For document renewal:
- 60 days: reminder (to operations coordinator)
- 30 days: early warning (renewal must start)
- 14 days: critical warning (urgent action)
- 7 days: do not assign trips
